After dealing with so many shipments lately where something shows up dented, crushed, or needing a customer service back-and-forth, I was relieved this one was easy. The box arrived clean and totally intact, and everything inside was packed well with no damage. Kind of sad that this feels like a win, but I’m happy with it.

"Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered from XTERRA and was surprised by how quick the shipping was. Compared to a lot of other sites where I’m stuck waiting days just to get tracking, they sent it over fast and the package actually showed up a couple days early. Everything was packed well too, nothing damaged or messy. Overall it was just an easy order without the usual waiting around. I’d definitely buy from them again

"Helpful Support, Just a Little Slow"
I contacted customer service when I needed help, and they did get back to me and sorted things out. My only issue was that it took a bit longer than I expected, and I found myself wishing they’d send updates a little sooner. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a little slower than I’d hoped

Well... I had to exchange a pair of shoes because the size was a little off. The return page was easy to use, and I got the new size without too much trouble. I ordered my usual size and it fits snug, but in a good way, not uncomfortably tight or anything. I’d say it’s true to size if you like a more fitted feel. I did reach out to support before ordering and they basically said, “Your regular size should work unless you want it looser,” which turned out to be accurate. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Still Holding Up Really Well"
I bought this from xterraplanet a few months ago, and it’s been holding up better than I expected with regular use. No loose parts or weird wear so far, which is always a nice surprise. The only thing I could maybe nitpick is that I was a little unsure at first—but that faded quickly once I started using it. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Good deal and no real complaints"
I ordered from XTERRA mostly because the price was better than the other sites I checked, that was the main reason. I wasn’t expecting some luxury experience or anything, so I’m not sure why anyone would make a big deal out of it. The order went smoothly, delivery was fine, and the item was exactly what I paid for. For the price, I feel like I got my money’s worth, and yeah, I’d use them again
